Maternal Proverb

The phrase "Everybody is Sick" in Chinese is written in the artist's breastmilk on rice paper and singed with a torch to reveal its legibility. The phrase was uttered by the artists' mother in a hospital waiting room and expresses a sense of unity and camaraderie in the Chinese expression that does not directly translate into its English counterpart.
